Shipping Rates and Policies
Most stock items are shipped via the USPS within 3 - 5 business days; custom orders are subject to our production schedule which is generally 7-10 business days from date of art approval. Production times increase at our busiest times of year.
Orders are generally shipped via the USPS and occasionally via UPS or FedEx depending on the time of year(insurance and delivery confirmation are added with all USPS orders); the method will be determined upon processing. If you require overnight or two day delivery, please email us with your request after you place your order. We do our best to keep the shipping as low as possible - we
work hard for our money too. :-)
Local orders can be picked up at our retail location for no charge.
Guarantee
All products are guaranteed against material defects. If you receive an item that is defective you must call us first within 5 days to get a Return Authorization Code BEFORE you send it.
Return Authorization Code
You must call us at (847)548-4558 or email us at customerservice@YourLogoDoneHere.com within 5 days of receipt of goods to get a Return Authorization Code. Your package will be refused if you fail to do so. The authorization code MUST be placed on the second line of the address label on the outside of the box.
Return and Exchange Policy
*Items may be returned for exchange or in-store credit within 30 days ONLY if a printed receipt is presented, the original tags are still on the item, and it shows no signs of wear or laundering. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS THAT ARE SHRUNK DUE TO LAUNDERING AS WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER HOW PEOPLE WASH THEIR CLOTHING.
* Returned special order items are subject to a restocking fee of 20% and shipping back to vendor. If exchanging special order item(s) for a different size, the above applies as well as the return shipping of the new item(s) from vendor location to our store.
* If you find a problem or discrepancy with your order you must report it within 5 days of receipt of goods. * Stock items for INTERNET ORDERS ONLY can be exchanged or returned for a restocking fee of 20% of the item's purchase price. * If your return was part of a package the restocking fee will be based on a piece price basis not a package price basis. * Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging with no sign of laundering, wear or use.
* The item(s) must include the return authorization code on the outside of the package, and enclosed with a letter explaining the return or exchange, your name, address, phone number and payment for the restocking fee.
* COD returns are NOT accepted. * No returns or exchanges will be accepted past 30 days from date of receipt. * Exchanges are subject to product availability and normal production schedules. * WE OFFER NO CASH REFUNDS IN OUR STORE. RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED FOR EXCHANGE OR IN-STORE CREDIT ONLY.
* NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WITHOUT A PRINTED RECEIPT.
* CUSTOM DECORATED ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
* It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you use UPS Tracking or USPS Tracking and/or Return Receipt Requested so that your package can be tracked if it gets lost. |
